Civium is looking for an experienced, confident and personable Senior Strata Manager to join our exceptional team.

As Civium continues to grow, you will play an important role in helping strata communities operate smoothly and make informed decisions. Managing a defined and well-structured portfolio, you will be the trusted adviser committees turn to for support across governance, compliance, financial planning and everyday operational matters. Backed by experienced leaders, dedicated specialists and innovative systems, you will have the resources and support to confidently manage complex matters and deliver exceptional outcomes.

What you will bring

- Strata Expertise: You bring at least five years’ experience in strata management, supported by a comprehensive understanding of strata legislation, bylaws, governance and industry processes. You confidently apply your expertise when managing complex portfolios and stakeholder matters.
- Outstanding Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally, building trusted relationships with committees, owners, clients, contractors and colleagues.
- Strong Leadership: You bring structure and confidence to meetings,



take ownership of outcomes and provide explicit direction when challenges arise.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: You anticipate issues, remain calm under pressure and develop practical solutions before problems escalated.
- Exceptional Customer Service: You ensure clients feel heard, supported and valued while consistently delivering responsive and reliable service.
- Organisation and Accountability: You manage competing priorities effectively, maintain accurate documentation and follow tasks through to completion.
