About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administration/Accounts Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our accounts and financial administration functions.

This is a key role within the business, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, reporting and general financial administration . The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing financial processes from end to end.

You will work closely with management to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, maintain strong financial controls and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day administration function and provide leadership and support to the administration team

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing , ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely payment

Manage accounts payable , including invoice processing, approvals, supplier payments and reconciliations

Oversee accounts receivable , including invoicing, debtor management, receipting and follow-up of outstanding accounts

Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments and general financial administration

Assist with month-end processes, reporting and account reconciliations

Ensure payroll, accounts and administrative processes comply with relevant policies and legislative requirements

Liaise with external accountants, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders as required.

Provide regular reporting and updates to management

Support general office administration and operational requirements

About You

You will be an organised,



reliable and commercially minded skilled with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience as an Accounts Manager, Senior Accounts Officer, Finance Manager or similar

Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Solid organisational and time-management skills

The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Experience with MYOB accounting software will be highly regarded
