You will drive safety, productivity, quality workmanship and exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient WIP management. You will manage a high-performing team, coach and develop staff, ensure workshop processes align with 5S standards and leverage ERP systems.
Trade qualification and solid leadership are essential. 5 days on, 2 days off roster.
