About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships across the bus and coach industry. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as chasing new opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the bus and coach industry
- Maintain and grow relationships with our existing customer base
- Travel to visit customers regularly,
representing BSS on the road
- Prepare accurate, professional quotations for customers
- Organise and coordinate service bookings with our workshop team
- Follow up on leads and quotes to convert opportunities into sales
- Report on business development activity and pipeline
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own schedule
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to visit customers
- Experience in the bus and coach industry highly regarded
