Our client is looking for a Portfolio Coordinator who will support the delivery and governance of large, multi-project portfolios within a structured PMO environment.

The role ensures clear reporting, disciplined controls, and effective coordination across technical, business, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate activities across multiple projects and workstreams
- Maintain visibility of schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Track actions, approvals, and follow-ups to support delivery momentum
- Consolidate project inputs into clear portfolio-level reporting

Governance, Reporting & Controls

- Prepare dashboards, governance packs, and structured reporting
- Support steering committees and stage-gate processes
- Monitor risks and issues and elevate when required





Stakeholder & Change Support

- Build strong relationships with project, technical, and operational stakeholders
- Coordinate inputs across teams to support governance and reporting
- Assist with communication, readiness, and onboarding activities

Documentation & Knowledge Management

- Develop and maintain clear, structured documentation
- Ensure documentation is version-controlled and consistently maintained

Skills & Experience

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven capability in governance, reporting, documentation and data analytic skills
- Excellent organisation, analysis, and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced delivery environments
