The TJX Australia is seeking a Covert Loss Prevention Associate to support the Organised Retail Crime (ORC) strategy through discreet surveillance and intelligence gathering. You will work with Police and ORC teams to disrupt high-harm retail crime and reduce external theft.
With a focus on documentation, evidence handling, and incident reporting, you will help build offender profiles and support shrink reduction strategies across TJX Australia stores and processing centers.
