Leaveplus is seeking an Employer Obligations Officer to help employers understand and meet reporting and payment obligations under current legislation. You will guide, arrange payments, discuss payment plans, and respond to inquiries about notices in a explicit, supportive way.

You will manage high-volume outreach, lead outbound campaigns, establish payment arrangements, resolve overdue accounts, and maintain accurate administrative tasks to meet service targets.
