Manage a caseload of participants with diverse needs and backgrounds. Advocate on behalf of participants with employers and the MEEDAC Employment Support Unit (ESU). Participate in outreach, Participation Option, Community Project delivery, and relief case management when required. Manage daily reception, phone, and front-desk duties with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and efficiency. Act as the first point of contact for participants, staff, and visitors, responding to and redirecting queries appropriately. Assist with purchasing, petty cash, mail, invoicing, and other site-level financial or procurement processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, program data, and documentation of participant and employer interactions in internal IT databases. Ensure service delivery adheres to contractual and policy requirements,
including WHS and quality standards; Support ESU and administrative functions as required.
Role Requirements
- Appointment subject to a satisfactory Australian Police Clearance and other required checks
- Compliance with MEEDAC and third-party requirements, including policies related to vaccination, drug and alcohol use, safety Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal database systems
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities, capable of meeting deadlines in a agile environment;
- Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment.
