In office role looking after our Property Maintenance

Key responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs : Responsible for coordinating maintenance, and addressing emergency issues in a timely manner

Owner Relations : Clear and exact communication with owners to ensure they are kept well informed about their property

Tenant Relations : Handling tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and ensuring timely resolution is a critical part of the role

Compliance and Safety : Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards is essential. This includes documentation of compliance

Contractor coordination : Coordinate with external service providers for specialise repairs, renovations or maintenance projects, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness

About you

Proven experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation and industry best practices

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset

Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Property Me, Inspection Express)





A current real estate licence or certificate of registration

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for property
