TRS Resourcing is seeking experienced TIG Fabricators and Boilermakers for multiple long-term workshop opportunities across Melbourne’s western and northern suburbs.
Working within modern fabrication workshops, you will manufacture precision stainless steel components from engineering drawings while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
These positions offer stable Monday-to-Friday day-shift hours, regular overtime opportunities and weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel components.
- Reading and interpreting engineering and workshop drawings.
- Fabricating and assembling components to specification.
- Maintaining high-quality welding and fabrication standards.
- Completing fitting, grinding, polishing and finishing work as required.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality requirements.
- Working safely while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Working independently and as part of a cooperative workshop team.
To Be Successful You Will Require
- An Australian-recognised trade qualification as a Boilermaker, Fabricator or Welder.
- Proven TIG welding and stainless steel fabrication experience.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.
- Previous experience within manufacturing or workshop environments.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
You Must Also Be Able To Provide

- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Melbourne or Victorian residency.
- Evidence of your relevant trade qualification.
