Property Leasing Paralegal

Cooper Grace Ward is seeking an experienced property leasingparalegal to join our successful and market-leading property team,in a role that is integral to the workgroup running smoothly andsuccessfully.

The Role

In this role, you will work alongside a team that acts for someof Australia's largest family offices and commercial propertyowners and investors. This is a excellent opportunity for a paralegalto take on a role that is central to the team's success, work withsophisticated clients, and be part of a friendly and collaborativeteam, supported by state-of-the-art processes and systems that setyou up for success.

Requirements

- Experience with leasing (essential)
- A minimum of one year experience as a property leasingparalegal
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment managing a high volume of work
- A keen eye for detail and a consistent track record ofproducing accurate, high-quality work
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to build and strengthen clientrelationships, contributing to the ongoing growth and successof the firm
- Retail leasing experience would come highly regarded but isnot essential
