MatchWorks is seeking a positive, solutions-focused Employer Engagement Consultant to build solid relationships with local employers and connect participants to sustainable opportunities. The role covers Melton, Bacchus Marsh and Werribee, with travel across the North Metro area required.

This is a full-time, ongoing position. You will collaborate with Employment Coaches to understand goals, promote inclusive hiring, and design tailored solutions.
