Job Description

- Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotes, sales orders and invoices.
- Reserve materials, check availability and update the team on incoming stock and timing.
- Maintain accurate records in the point-of-sale/ERP system and shared Google Sheets.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, warehouse, accounts) to progress orders through each stage.
- Monitor email and internal requests, prioritising and actioning tasks for multiple sales team members.




- Provide general administrative support to the sales team and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service or similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and support several stakeholders at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; warm, professional and approachable.
- Comfortable working with online systems, spreadsheets and data entry with high attention to detail.
- Adaptable and open to learning complex internal processes and new systems.

This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines.

Home Office Requirements

- Perfectly working headset and webcam
- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
- Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
- Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
- A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
