The Position:

- Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals for school students and events
- Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service-focused culture
- Manage stock levels and ordering to meet budget requirements




- Support training and development of apprentices and junior chefs

The Person:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Culinary experience in bulk cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation
- A team player who can also work independently
- Working with Children check (Paid) Blue card
