H&R; Block External Moonee Ponds is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to join our Client Service Centre. This in-office role combines hands-on customer service with day-to-day leadership support, reporting to the Team Leader and Contact Centre Manager.

You will guide the team, coach consultants, handle inbound and outbound calls, manage workloads, and help meet service targets. The roster runs Monday to Friday 8:30am to 7pm, with Saturday shifts until October 31.
