VALD is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the VALD IT Ops team in Brisbane. You’ll bridge day-to-day user support with contemporary workplace administration, owning escalations, onboarding, and supporting a Microsoft-centric environment.
You’ll get hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, and Windows/macOS, while developing skills in endpoint security and systems administration. A strong communicator with a proactive mindset will fit well.
