Autonomous OT: Home & Community Care Catholic HealthcareSydney, NSW, AU

Job Description

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver home and community-based assessments and interventions across Northern Sydney.

You will visit clients in their homes, perform OT assessments, advise on daily living activities, home modifications and equipment, and contribute to reablement and wellness programs with a person-centred approach.

This role offers both full-time and part-time possibilities, with autonomy and robust team support.
