About the Role

As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey and a key contributor to our branch performance . You’ll combine outstanding service with confident sales conversations, helping customers get the most value from their rental while driving strong commercial results for the business.

You’ll bring energy, empathy and a solutions-first mindset to every interaction — identifying customer needs, recommending the right products, and turning everyday rentals into premium experiences.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Delivering premium, friendly customer service that builds trust and loyalty

- Proactively selling rental upgrades, protection products and add-ons at the counter to meet customer needs and maximise revenue

- Confidently explaining products, benefits and value in a clear, customer-focused way

- Seamlessly managing rental agreements from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency

- Answering enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

- Cleaning and preparing vehicles to the highest presentation standards

- Supporting vehicle pick-up and delivery when required

- Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming branch environment

- Assisting with admin and operational tasks to support daily targets and KPIs





What We’re Looking For

We’re not just after experience — we’re looking for attitude and a natural sales mindset . If you enjoy engaging with customers, influencing outcomes, and working towards clear targets in a quick-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Clear, confident communication skills with a strong customer focus

- A genuine passion for sales and the ability to convert opportunities into results

- A proactive, can-do approach — especially under pressure

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy

- A full, unrestricted driver’s licence

- Solid computer skills

- Full Australian working rights

- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends)
