Silverchain is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our inbound contact centre in NSW. You will greet clients, care workers and stakeholders, handling enquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
In this full time role, 75 hours per fortnight, you will work a hybrid schedule with some WFH options and regular attendance at the Bella Vista office. Training will occur onsite before transitioning to hybrid work.
