Outstanding Southern Bank seeks a Director, Balance Sheet to lead liquidity, funding, capital and IRRBB strategies. You will shape risk management and drive performance within Treasury, partnering with Finance, Product and Risk for strategic balance sheet decisions.

You’ll influence senior leaders, manage a high-performing team, and report to the Treasurer while guiding ALCO and Board discussions with data-driven insights.
