Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for a Heidelberg food manufacturing site. The position starts on day shift for the first week, then transitions to afternoon shift to provide additional team support.
The role is hands-on and requires you to work autonomously from day one with minimal supervision. You will carry out mechanical fitting and maintenance across production equipment, support planned maintenance, and respond to breakdowns as they arise while maintaining
