Orbost Regional Health is seeking applications from Social Workers to join the Community Services team across a broad spectrum of services including family violence, housing support and counselling to provide individualised patient centred social support to the Orbost community.
The role will work collaboratively within the welfare team to promote individual autonomy in the management of psychosocial problems that impact negatively on wellbeing.
