Outstanding Southern Bank seeks a Director, Balance Sheet to lead liquidity, funding, capital and IRRBB strategy, strengthening financial resilience across the banking book.

Reporting to the Treasurer and as a member of the Treasury Senior Leadership team, you will coach the Balance Sheet team, own risk appetite, liaise with ALCO and Board committees, and drive forward market insights, scenario analysis and strategic balance sheet decisions.
