Cliftons is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to support two Sydney venues, ensuring smooth client experiences from arrival through event delivery. You will work with the Venue Manager across front-of-house and catering operations, coordinating resources and maintaining high presentation and safety standards.
You will lead and guide team members, assist with rostering and budgets, and build robust client relationships to calmly solve event-day challenges.
