HOYTS is seeking a energetic LUX Venue Manager to lead the premium LUX venue at HOYTS. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and lead a hospitality-focused team to deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include rostering, performance management, managing events in the LUX Lounge, and ensuring HR, WHS and risk policies are followed. RSA and food safety knowledge are essential.
