Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Location: Melbourne

Duration: Initial 12 month contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join a high-profile digital transformation program. You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team to design, develop, integrate and deploy robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
- Design reusable, scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with development and governance standards.
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and other integration technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment across environments, including Production.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, UX/UI and accessibility specialists.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.




- Promote Salesforce development best practices and help uplift team capability.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio , including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
- Strong understanding of OOP, frameworks and design patterns .
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events or similar technologies.
- Experience with Git/source control and package-based Salesforce development .
- Experience delivering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud solutions.
- Understanding and appreciation of accessible design and development .
- Must be an Australian Citizen

Desirable

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or OmniStudio Developer certification.
- Experience with Jira, VS Code, DevOps and CI/CD .
- Experience delivering 4+ Salesforce CRM/platform projects using Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI Agentic Coding .
