This boutique law firm is led by former top-tier lawyers and growing quick. They're looking for a talented Commercial Property Lawyer (5 years PQE to Special Counsel) to join the team, advising on deals, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, and doing it all with genuine work-life balance.

About the Role

- Advise and manage a varied portfolio on major commercial property development, leasing and complex transactions




- Draft and negotiate high-quality commercial leases, sale contracts, development agreements, and due diligence reports
- Conduct due diligence, manage risk, and advise on planning, zoning, GST, stamp duty, and financing
- Work closely with experienced partners and mentor junior lawyers on sophisticated files
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients

About You

- Admitted to practice in Australia, with 5+ years PQE in commercial property law
- Ideally from top tier or mid-tier law firm background
- Strong technical skills and a track record of high-quality work
- Excellent communication, client relationship skills, and attention to detail
