The Opportunity

Working closely with the Partner you will manage a diverse and sophisticated range of matters. This is a true hands‑on role where you will run your own files, mentor junior staff, and act as a trusted advisor to a loyal client base.

Your practice will encompass a broad mix of commercial and civil litigation, with a strong focus on:

- Complex commercial and contractual disputes
- Civil litigation across various jurisdictions




- Australian Consumer Law claims and trade practices matters
- Corporations Act disputes and insolvency matters

About You

To ensure your success in this pivotal role, you will bring:

- Around 4+ years Post-Admission Experience (PAE) specializing in commercial and civil litigation.
- Knowledge of the Australian Consumer Law and litigation procedures across state and federal jurisdictions, will be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to confidently run matters from inception to resolution with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional drafting skills and strategic, commercial acumen.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring junior lawyers and building client relationships.
