Iluka Resources is recruiting experienced refinery operators for its Eneabba site in Western Australia. Roles begin in early 2027 and operate on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster with a 7 nights on/off cycle.
The ENEABBA site features new camp accommodation and BIBO transport arrangements. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in rare earths, synthetic rutile or related feedstocks, proven commissioning skills (C3/C4), and robust leadership for small teams.
