About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Learning, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Construction faculty.

You will lead geographically dispersed teaching teams while ensuring consistency, quality and compliance across all campuses.

Success in this role is about far more than technical expertise.

About You

You're an authentic leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others.

You know how to build credibility quickly and aren't afraid to tackle difficult people issues when required.

You'll bring:

- Significant leadership experience managing teaching or operational teams
- Outstanding people management and coaching skills
- Proven ability to improve team culture and performance
- Excellent conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and influencing ability
- TAE40116 / TAE50216 (or equivalent)
- Relevant construction qualifications and industry experience

Highly regarded

- Multi-campus leadership
- Experience in an RTO
- ASQA compliance knowledge
- Curriculum quality improvement
- Experience leading organisational change
