Requirements:

- The Business Builder/Head of Operations Mission
- Proven track record of growing and building businesses from start up to 50+ employees
- Experience in quick paced organizations
- A++ player mentality
- Goal of growing revenue from $75 million to $100 million by December 31st 2025
- Goal of growing managed practice transitions to $500 million by year 6
- Ability to generate 500 qualified conversations with Practice Owners per quarter
- Experience building growth teams
- Ability to execute in multiple markets
- Skilled in generating referrals from centers of influence
- Cultivating centers of influence
- Previous experience in social contribution initiatives

Responsibilities:

- Build companys growth and operations into a world-class unit
- Execute growth strategy effectively, efficiently, and scalably
- Free the CEO from long-term and day-to-day responsibilities
- Position can be 30-40 hours a week
- Meetings will be around 3pm-7pm Sydney time
