WOW Recruitment partners with a global EdTech business to recruit a Head of Customer Success ANZ in Melbourne or Perth. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) with a base salary of $165,000–$170,000 plus Super and a performance incentive.
You will own CS strategy across ANZ, transform the function, and lead a seven-person CS team to improve retention, expansion and customer engagement while driving commercial outcomes.
