Freedom Pools is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to drive day-to-day operations of our fibreglass pool facility in Queensland. You will lead safety, quality, planning, and people, delivering high-quality products on time while improving processes.
In this hands-on role you’ll recruit and develop teams, manage production schedules, coordinate with logistics, and partner with franchise partners to ensure smooth deliveries. Solid communication and continuous improvement mindset are essential.
