They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C; being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health and more.

My client is a looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Gold Coast team due to recent project wins and growth.

Diverse commercial project experience is A MUST for this opportunity! Central Gold Coast project location.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

- 5 - 15 + years of experience in the role.
- Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
- Excellent ability to build rapport with others.

Your Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 5 - 15 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own new build commercial projects between $10m - $50m+
