Job Description

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Maintenance Officer at our Caulfield residence. You will oversee and perform routine maintenance to ensure a protected, functioning and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The role operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00, with a minimum hourly rate of $31.37 in Victoria. Responsibilities include maintaining plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, ensuring safety compliance, and performing general repairs or coordinating
