MinterEllison is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Complex Liabilities, Insurance and Regulation (CLIR) team in Sydney. You will handle civil litigation and insurance advisory matters while supporting the Partner and senior lawyers on national matters.
You will manage a diverse caseload, develop legal strategies for insurers and government clients, and may engage in solicitor advocacy or instruct counsel on complex issues. This is a permanent, in office role in a leading firm.
