AO5 Projects Support & Controls Officer | Brisbane CBD | 12-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced AO5 Projects Support & Controls Officer that’s a solid all-rounder who can coordinate executive-facing work, manage high-level documentation, and keep priorities moving in a fast-paced environment for a 12-month assignment (with possible 12-month extension) based in Brisbane CBD.

- $69.21 - $75.09 per hour + super

Key responsibilities

- Provide high-level project and business support to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate high-level corporate documentation and processes (incl. COI, Parliamentary and Estimates-related items)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
- Draft and prepare correspondence, briefs and reports
- Support reporting requirements and emerging priority work across the business unit
- Use systems such as Aurion, SAP and Power BI (or similar)



to generate reports and interpret information
- Assist with procurement and general coordination tasks as required

What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated experience in a senior executive/senior officer office environment (highly regarded)
- Strong coordination, writing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence working with reporting tools / information systems (Aurion, SAP, Power BI or similar)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
