Netwealth is seeking a Governance Manager to provide dedicated governance and company secretarial support to the Trustee Board and its Committees. You will be the day-to-day contact for board matters, coordinating meetings, papers and processes with the Trustee Company Secretary.
You will work within a transparent monthly cycle, preparing papers, attending meetings, drafting minutes, maintaining registers, and supporting annual governance activities.
