The Role
The Integrated Business Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment across the business, ensuring that planning processes are cohesive, data-driven, and forward-looking. This role is well suited to a commercially astute individual who thrives in a complex, multi-faceted environment and is passionate about translating strategic vision into operational outcomes. The successful candidate will have the prospect to shape and influence planning frameworks at an organisational level.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the integrated business planning process across the organisation,
ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to drive cohesive planning outcomes
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve planning frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Provide high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights to support executive-level decision making
- Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-informed planning throughout the organisation
Skills and Experience
- MUST have FMCG or Manufacturing background!
- Demonstrated experience in an integrated business planning from a finance viewpoint.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across diverse business functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering executive-level reporting
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a track record of driving process improvement and organisational alignment
