Structural Steel Installer / Site Welder EJF Engineering Pty Ltd Mount Druitt, NSW, AU

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Installer / Site Welder to join our team at EJF Engineering Pty Ltd in Mount Druitt, NSW.

This is a full-time position, working on-site to install and weld structural steel components for a variety of construction projects.

What You'll Be Doing

- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to accurately install structural steel components
- Performing on-site welding to the highest safety and quality standards
- Basic welding tickets are required for this position
- Collaborating with the construction team to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completed
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- A Construction Induction Card (White Card) is required before starting this role

What We're Looking For





- Formal qualifications in structural steel installation or welding, such as a Certificate III or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Structural Steel Installer or Site Welder, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, welding techniques and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
