Lutheran Homes Group in Horsham, VIC, is seeking a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant on a fixed-term contract to 05 July 2027. The role supports residents with engaging activities and memory care needs, working with the Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver person-centered programs across group and 1:1 sessions.

You'll assist with planning and facilitating activities, support mobility and personal care during sessions, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive setting.
