Senior Property Manager | Up to $90,000 + Super + KPI Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage a residential portfolio from start to finish
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
n




- Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
n
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
n
- Ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
n
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
n
- Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
n
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
n
- Professional communication and relationship-building abilities
n
- Experience with AILO is preferred, but not essential
n
