WOW Recruitment are partnering with a growing global consumer electronics business to recruit a Customer Service Manager. You will own a small function, shaping how it operates and delivering service excellence across B2B and D2C channels.

You’ll lead 2–3 Customer Service Representatives, manage SAP orders (EDI and direct-entry), and drive metrics, processes, and reporting. This hands-on leader will collaborate across Sales, Logistics and Brand teams to lift performance.
