We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate or junior candidate to join our finance team as an Entry Level Finance Officer. Working within a growing service provider company, you will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in month-end reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in finance with mentoring from an experienced Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
n - Assist with accounts payable and receivable,
including invoice processing and reconciliations - Support bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries - Help prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis - Process employee expense claims and assist with payroll data entry as needed - Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding basic billing or payment queries - Maintain orderly audit trails and assist with year-end audit preparation - Contribute to process improvements within the finance function

About You
n - Associate degree, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or near completion) - Basic understanding of accounting principles (double-entry, reconciliations) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP familiarity is a plus) - Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) is advantageous - Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy - Good organisational and time-management skills - A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude with high integrity
