We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Director to lead the passionate team and uphold their commitment to nurturing young minds.

About the Role:

n

As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and educational programs for the service. You will lead a team of passionate educators, ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and enriching learning experience. Your responsibilities will include curriculum development, staff management, parent engagement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality Montessori education.

- Develop and implement cutting-edge educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.

- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, independence, and holistic development.

- Build strong relationships with parents and the community to support the growth and well-being of every child.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

n

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or above (or ACECQA assessed equivalent.
n
- At least 1 years experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
n
- Strong understanding and commitment of Early Childhood and practices.
n
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving educational excellence.
n
