Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a Stores Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of hotel stores, onsite at the iconic Uluru region. This hands-on role oversees receiving, issuing and control of consumables across the zone.
You will work closely with culinary and F&B; teams, hold a full Australian Driver's Licence, and manage stock rotation, audits and staff supervision with a focus on safety and cost objectives.
