You’ll work across professional and academic portfolios, partnering with hiring managers in a complex, compliance-focused academic environment. From taking job briefs, creating engaging job ads and finding great talent through to coordinating interviews, background checks and contracts, you’ll gain valuable experience across every stage of recruitment.
About The Role
You’ll:
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.
- Attract and assess talent through advertising, sourcing, shortlisting and phone screens.
- Coordinate interviews, ServiceNow enquiries, background checks, contract details.
- Build your TA capability across professional and academic recruitment in a complex, compliance-focused environment.
- Contribute and be part of the team transitioning to Workday.

A degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education/training
