- Manage day-to-day operations of workplace and facilities to ensure smooth functioning.

- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all facilities and equipment.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
n
- Develop and manage budgets for facilities and workplace operations.
n
- Implement and maintain sustainable practices in facility management.
n
- Monitor and improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
n
- Provide support for office relocations, renovations, and other projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Workplace and Facilities Manager should have:

n

n
- Relevant experience in facilities management, ideally within the retail industry.
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
n
- Strong experience with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model.
n
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
n
- Ability to lead and coordinate projects effectively.
n
- Commitment to sustainable and efficient practices.
