HubSpot Consultant
n Permanent – Melbourne / Sydney
n $120,000 – $140,000 + super

CalibrX is partnering with a global HubSpot partner looking for an experienced HubSpot Consultant to join their team.

n

You'll take ownership of HubSpot implementations working directly with customers to configure the platform, manage delivery, run UAT and successfully take projects through go-live and hypercare.
n This role suits someone who enjoys being hands‐on with HubSpot but also wants to own the customer relationship and delivery process.

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Deliver HubSpot implementations from build through to go-live
n
- Configure HubSpot workflows, automation and platform functionality
n
- Manage project timelines, milestones and customer expectations
n
- Act as the main point of contact throughout delivery
n
- Run UAT, manage defects and coordinate cutover
n
- Support customers through go-live and hypercare
n




- Work with AI and automation tools to improve delivery and efficiency
n

n

Experience:

n

n
- Strong hands‐on HubSpot experience
n
- Experience delivering CRM or SaaS implementations
n
- Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows and automation
n
- Confident working directly with customers and stakeholders
n
- Desire to work with AI tools
n
- Strong organisation and project management skills
n
- Comfortable working in a rapid‐paced consulting environment
n
