Role details:

n

We're seeking a Mechanical Apprentice to join our Gepps Cross Board Plant. This is a full-time Fixed-term role on a day shift 6 am - 2.30 pm with overtime available. Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you'll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

n

What you'll do:

n

n
- Working under the supervision of qualified Fitters to complete routine maintenance tasks.
n
- Attending TAFE and completing coursework to complete your apprenticeship.
n
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies and procedures.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
n

n

What you'll bring:

- Any level of experience,



from 1st year through to 3rd year.
n
- Mechanically minded and interested in hands-on tasks.
n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a bonus.
n
- Passion for your trade and willingness to learn.
n
- A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
